Modeled on the worksheet that Shanna Germain created for the Monte Cook Games titled "Consent in Gaming," it's customized for use in your Roseville Beach games. Itch customers already had this included in their Google Sheets-based digital toolkit, but I'm adding it as an Excel file for all customers.
