There's a layout update!

For layout, I'm working with Eric Swanson of Narrative Dynamics, who's done an initial layout draft, so I wanted to send you some preview pages, including Eric's revision of the initial cover, a glimpse of the back cover, and a couple of internal spreads.

We're currently doing digital preorders of the final book to raise cash and offset the costs of layout and editing (done by Scott Smith) before handing everything off to our printing partner. Feel free to jump in and help us out!
