Kicking off the Roseville Beach Zine Series

R. Rook Studio has kicked off the Roseville Beach Zine Series with two titles you can bring to your Roseville Beach game.

The first, Characters, is a zine for players and GMs who want different options for Roseville Beach housemates. It includes four new origin stories, including the Rose Island Regular (who's been in town for several seasons), The Veteran (an experienced monster hunter), The Changeling (a human who was taken to live in a different reality), and the Armistead Maupin-inspired Mainland Renegade (a  newcomer who planned to come on vacation and decided to stay). There's also a whole collection of new jobs, from freelance writer to swim coach. By Richard (Me!) with fiction from Bendi Barrett.

The second, Entities, is a monster book unlike other monster books. The classic bestiary with stats won't work for Roseville Beach: it doesn't have monster stats! Instead, this introduces the entity's victims through their work logs, diaries, transcripts, and missing person posters. These documents point to supernatural crimes on or around Rose Island and come with GM tips for using the creatures in an investigation. By Noora Rose with a mystery generator by me.
