With the first round beta reading comments of edits back (thanks to beta readers John, Layla, and Justin, and editor Lisa Padol), I've released a new set of Sherwood files.

For customers who have claimed copies (paid or free), I've released the ePub and PDF versions as placeholders for the professional produced versions coming later this summer.

For everyone, I've released a Google Doc with a CC-By copy of character creation and the core rules.

Joining Lisa and I is Eric Swanson (co-designer at Narrative Dynamics) who will be handling layout, art, and art-direction once the whole game goes to layout.

At this point, all that's left is the GM section, which includes some GM notes, sample opponent stats, sample maps, and some generators for adventure starters and complications in the forest or in town.
